Jack's first trip on an airplane was from Idaho Falls to Boise.
This is Jack in the Idaho Falls airport while we were waiting to board the plane.
Security was hectic - with the fluid regulations and only having two hands to put two people's carry-ons and a stroller through. Although there was a group of older women who were very kind and helped where they could. I did lose a bottle of lotion because it was over 3.4 ounces (what an odd amount to be limited, right?).
Luckily the seat next to us was empty so we had some room to stretch out. One of the seats directly in front of us was also unoccupied so Jack played with the tray table for most of the flight. When he had exhausted that, and we had started to land, he looked out he window and the tops of mountains. He had his face against the glass until we touched the ground.
After we exited the plane, our luggage was the first to come through the claim so we went to wait for Aunt Jesii to come pick us up. Jack kept looking down the street as if he knew she was going to come that way.
Overall, I think he enjoyed the adventure.
