Coates Grand Re-Opening

After months of construction and preparation, the new showroom is finally finished. In honor of the new addition, Coates Landscape held an open house today (and tomorrow). Jack and I stayed untill 10 o'clock last night helping with last minute pricing, dusting, sweeping, organizing for the big event. Today, we are able to show off the hard work.

Jack's favorite part of the new addition are the stairs.

Under the stairs is a play area for kids. Jack likes to sit and watch about a minute of whatever is on the TV. He got more enthused with the area today because there were other kids playing too.
He moved on to the hot tubs, which we decorated with ducks. He loved to throw the duck as hard as he could into the water and watch it bob back to the surface.

He also got an Arctic Spa tattoo. Just like Uncle Mike.
Phillip is in charge of the popcorn machine. Jack loves to wander over to him and get a bag full of buttery goodness.
He also likes to play with Harliegh, Renee's dog.
Grandma Lissa is the cotton candy queen today (which is her dream come true). Jack chilled out by her for a few minutes. He managed to drool blue, pink, and purple cotton candy all over his arms, legs, and chin. I cleaned him up before I took the picture but you can imagine what he looked like :)
After he got his sugar fix, the Chamber of Commerce came for the offical ribbon cutting ceremony for Waterline Pool & Spa - the new hot tub company. Jack and I were placed in the front row with other 'vertically challenged' people.

This picture shows one of the hot tubs we carry out on the back patio area. Chase's company, Outback Landscape, built the pond and fountains you see in the background. They also laid that brick patio in a record time of 3 days this week. It really is quite a sight to see.

When we got inside, Jack found a hammer. Being a boy, he had to prove his strength to me. He tried to pick it up, making silly faces and grunts the entire time.

His buddy, Camden, was here to play also. They both tried to climb the mountain of Coke cases.
Finally, he found Sarah, the receptionist here at Coates. They had a blast swinging in the Cove - one of the more comfortable chairs we now carry.
